the last photo before putting the white beads. As only this evening got time to put the beads, as then I had to pack to send to my grand-daughter through her dad tomorrow. Hope she like the chain and the choker.

I bought a long chain. Joined thread in the end, made about 4 sc in each loop, all the way around, then for some distance around the neck approximately made sl st, then 1st flower, was made with sc, had, dc, hdc, sc, then 2 sl st, next 3 sc, hdc, 2 dc, hdc, sc, then till the centre, sc , hdc,  dc, 2 tr, dc,, hdc, sc, for the cente, sc, hdc, dc 2, tr 3, dc 3, hdc, sc, around to match this half.
Then joined white bead in the centre of each flower, around.

This is my own idea, so, in case you make kindly give the credit to me, thanks.

Chokar with red rose and leaves

This choker made for my grand-daughter, sending through her dad tomorrow. She wanted it  with ties. I made with coloured cotton thread.

make ch, to whatever length you want.
R.1-sc in 2nd ch from hook till the end.  ch 3 turn
R2-*skip 1st st, dc in 2nd st, dc in 1st st, making an X, rep from * to end, ch 1, turn.
R 3: sc in each sc across, 2sc in ch 3 from row 2, ch 8, 2 sc in ch 3,ch 1 turn
R4- sc in each sc across, 2 sc in corner sc, sc on the sides evenly placed,
2 sc in next corner, sc in back loop of starting ch till end, 2 sc in corner, sc evenly on the side.

In case you make exact size, when you are making sc on the smaller side, after 2 sc, make a ch acc. to the size of your button, then sc in next 2 st.
I made ties from 2nd sc , made 40 ch, FO, rejoined in 2nd sc from corner, made another 40 ch, repeated the same for the other side.

For leaves, I made 2
ch 8
R 1: sl st in 2nd ch from hook, in each ch, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 3 sc in last ch, working around other side of chain in each ch, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 sl st, join with sl st in first sl st.
R 2: working blo, sl st in each st to 3 sc group, sl st in first sc, ch 2, skip next sc, sl st in 3rd sc, sl st in each st to end. Join with sl st in first sl st. Ch 4 for stem.
Fasten off.

For Rose
made ch 21
R 1: Double Crochet in 4th Chain from the hook, Chain 2, 2 Double Crochet in same space. *Chain 1, Skip 2 chains. In next chain, 2 Double Crochet, 2 Chain, 2 Double Crochet (all in same chain) Repeat from * to the end. Chain 1 and turn
R 2: Slip stitch through the first Chain 2 space. Chain 3 (counts as first Double Crochet) 6 Double Crochet in same chain 2 space. *Single Crochet in Chain 1 space, 7 Double Crochet in next Chain 2 space. Repeat from * to the end. Fasten Off
To Finish:I rolled the flower to the desired shape, then stitched around, so it stays in shape from all sides well.

To attach rose and leaves
I folded the choker into half, noted the centre, attached the leaves on either side leaving place for the rose in the centre.

Credit should go to the lady who shared the pattern, but I changed by adding an extra row on each side, the rose is not from that site, as I made roses earlier, I made it on my own, leaves also, I've made like this years before.

In case, anyone has any doubt, feel free to contact, as it is the 1st time that I tried to remember how I made a pattern, as normally I just keep doing what comes to my mind and forget to note it down and people have asked me for the pattern.  Planning to make another one, so I can be sure of the last line !

Shark lapghan

This shark lapghan I made for my grand-daughter. Finished it after a long time. The basic idea from a shark lapghan site, then as I didn't have enough black wool, decided to put white for the middle part of the body. The tail fin, my idea and the middle fin also. For the eyes, I made a white circle, then a smaller black circle attached it & put it on the side, sorry visible on the top pic. only.

Amigurumi doll- Kamsa

I made Kamsa for our grandson, who wanted to fight with Krishna. I made the doll like I had made Krishna, except that Kamsa being evil, made his hands and legs fat and his head bigger, and added a big moustache, for which I crocheted 5 ch, joined and did single crochet on the ring, joined, then made chain as I felt needed then the other side of moustache, same way with 5 ch, joined and single crochet in ring, FO.
For top-made about 18 ch I think, joined and made sc around for the length I needed.
For pants made 25 ch, then sc from 2nd ch onwards till the end, ch, turn.
then on 1st sc, made 2 sc, then 10 sc, 2 sc on next st.= for one leg
made 2sc  on 1st sc, sc in rest, 2 sc in last sc
next few rows continued with sc in each sc till desired length, FO.
repeat the same for the other leg, then with needle and thread stitched around the top, then joined the legs.

Kamsa= amiigurumi

the bald Kamsa first

 now with hair !
 back view of the hair
You can see how I made Krishna in my previous post, for Kamsa, made head in skin colour, then top and pant just like for Krishna, but in different colours. eyes, moustache, made with crochet, then stitched it. This is also for my grandson, as he wants to play with Krishna and Kamsa, then got some more orders to make for him !

Lord Krishna

this is the basic doll which I made from the
https://talesoftwistedfibers.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/amy-amigurumi-doll-free-patternrevised-26may2013-tales-of-twisted-fibers.pdf

so, the credit should go to the person concerned. Only thing, I didn't follow everything like wig, skirt and so on. I made the legs, body, arms, sleeve cap and for Krishna's head, made in blue. Then, I made the vest for Krishna in blue,  made 1 ch to turn, which isn't counted as stitch in each row
made 13 ch, then in 2nd ch. from hook, made sc, then sc till the end.
then 12-13 rows with sc, then joined it.
then my daughter-in-law said, that grandson has the idea of Krishna with blue hands, with hair and not crown, so changed it, made sleeve addition in blue, attached it.
the hair was first done with ch.23, sc in 2nd ch till the end, then sc in 1st sc, 3 ch, sl st in 2, sl st in the same st., sc in next st.
then row, same way, after that increased the no. of chains every other row, sl st and rest same, then after doing till about middle ch. increasing no. of ch, sl st., then after that reducing the no. of ch. every other row and repeated till the end.
then sew it to head, then those portions that didn't cover, made a long chain of about 250 ch, then attached it around to cover the head !, attached the feather.
hope now my grandson will like this !

Then I slipped the vest/ top on top of the body and stitched it all around to secure it. Then I attached the sleeve cap to arm, then attached the arm to the body.

For Krishna's pant/ dhoti in yellow, made 23 ch, sc in 2nd ch from hook and sc till the end ( 22sc)
2 rows of single crochet, then
1sc in 1st sc, increased 1 sc, made 10 more sc and on the 10th made 2 sc( 13 sc)
made 2 rows of 13 sc
then increased 1 sc in both ends in the next row ( 15 sc)
then made 4 rows of sc
last row, made 1 ch, sc in 1st sc, then *3 dc in the same st., skip 2 sc, sc in next st.*,rep. till the end., then joined the pant with the top first all around, then joined the centre, then each leg separately, then stitched the last row over the shoes, so it stays firm ( or you know how kids are, they'll try to open it !)
Then i made a little crown with 16 ch, then 15 sc in 1st row
dec. 1 st. in each end in each row from 3rd row, till there was 1., then sc all around.
Krishna's eyes, lips, namam on the forehead, I embroidered. Made a small peacock feather using thin thread. First stitched the crown, then stitched the feather just behind the crown to finish it.
This made for my grandson, as he loves Krishna !
