This is my new purse

The smaller one , the previous post was too small to take my cell and smaller purse. So, increased from 90 sc to 126 sc in all 6 sides, so big enough to hold my cells and my small purse having cards. I joined the 2 parts with purple thread as the multicolour thread  was too less to join and for handle. Put a loop for the button. 

I love taking the purses I made, as crocheting it gives me loads of happiness. Most of the purse designs are my own, whatever comes to my mind, I just do that. At times, if one ask me for the pattern later, I may not even remember it !

Small purse, sw a new design

This was made by crocheting 2 circles with 90 sc in the last round. Then holding both circles together made the sides by having 7 sc between the 2 sides, the continued the handle, then flap with a buttonhole.

I saw the pattern, that was made with thicker thread, what I loved was the side joining, it looked very cute in the pattern.It was a much smaller version just to hold some coins.

Pillayar / Ganesha

My daughter wanted me to make a Pillayar for her. I saw a video, but, as HE wasn't able to sit as per the instructions there, had to change the legs, then made a small cushion for HIM to set, as it will hurt HIS back sitting without cushion !
