Crochet Trivets, wall decor

8 sided smaller trivet, my own design, joined with a centre motif, for my daughter.

the basic trivet design isn't mine, but the idea of making it by joining them is mine, it took a great deal of thought as to how to join them, as each had 10 petals & I had one trivet for the centre, made with slightly different combination of colours & 6 of same combo. My daughter-in-law wanted me to use all of them. So, it was a challenge, as to join them after great deal of thought, then it was hung in their dining area.
