African Wild Dog

Our grandson, likes to throw challenges to my crocheting skills. The latest one was that he wanted an African wild dog. As there was no pattern for this, I totally depended on the photo and made this dog, using different colour threads, to make it look as close as to the photo.

Once I showed him, he said, " grandma, kindly make bigger ears". So, made bigger ears and attached it today.

I started from mouth and continued the head, neck and body as one. As I finished the body, made the tail and FO.

Then made the legs, ears, eyes and joined them. Then I decided to make teeth and added it, as I know these dogs are very fearful.
