Saree pallu and border with crochet flowers

This was a pretty plain blue silk saree. I thought of stitching some flowers on the pallu and smaller flowers in the border down only. Yesterday, I had worn it for a Navaratri function in our complex. Some ladies from distance thought it was machine embroidery. All were curious how it was attached, kept turning to the back side ! I made this along ago.

Some ladies suggested that I'ld do some crochet on the blouse too, maybe yes, sometime.

Big Tiger with more stripes

 

Tiger also has a striped tail.  This is not my pattern. Only tail my idea, also eyes. Then the stripes. Made the strap with buttonhole to attach to the tiger, to hang in the bag ! National animal ! happy to have made it for my granddaughter.

Tiny Fox with a Bow !

I just made this fox now, need to make the strap to put in key chain/ bag. This isn't my design, made from Amigurumi site. Only eyes I make with crochet , as the first animal- a fish I had made with eyes bought from  the shop, was given to a kid to play with. He twisted and turned and managed to remove both the eyes. He was just around 2. After that to be safe for kids, all eyes, made with crochet and stitched. I make single crochet in magic ring, depending on how small / big the eyes need be.

Doily

This doily called " Kusuma", I started from this site up to round 22. Then, not sure, if I had made a mistake or didn't read/ calculate properly, or if the author had made a mistake, not sure. As after that round, I did make alterations and continued according to the number of stitches I had. The last few rows my idea to finish it. MY daughter-in-law loved the previous doily I had posted, which I gifted to one of our friends who left this city. I told my DIL, I've got other patterns from which you chose, she liked this the most. Wanted to finish it today, it had totally 32 rounds, one has to be really concentrated while doing it, I've made few mistakes, but continued to finish the pattern as per the stitches. Glad that I'ld finish it as can give it my son when he arrives here for a day.
